Peter is a 17-year Amazon.com veteran who worked on a number of company-wide technology initiatives, including the design and development of Amazon's ecommerce platform. Peter was a senior founding member of the Amazon AWS team in 2003, where he helped define and build a number of the core services as well as the overall organization, and also GM'ed a business unit. More recently, Peter ran AWS' strategy and M&A function. Since his retirement from Amazon in 2014, Peter is focused on providing, strategy, technology, business advisory and board member services to a number of organizations worldwide, early stage investment and company incubation.
